Shifts

The automated turning and milling centres run unattended around the clock, as does the wire EDM. That lets us produce series and urgent parts in parallel. When it is urgent we work flexible hours, evenings and weekends included.

Programming

Two TopSolid CAD/CAM seats. We work directly with your STEP model, build missing models from drawings and simulate 5-axis programs before the first cut.

Metrology

Wenzel SF 55 coordinate measuring machine for first-off parts, samples and free-form surfaces. Hand gauges are calibrated regularly under the ISO 9001 quality system.

Anything that can be machined

Except wood. From free-machining materials such as aluminium and brass through tool steels to titanium, pure tungsten (99 %) and tungsten alloys, among others for nuclear technology. A selection of the grades we machine regularly:
