Fixtures
Clamping fixtures for machining, inspection and measuring fixtures, assembly and welding fixtures: we design and build them for your part and your process. Years of experience in mould and fixture making tell us where locating faces, clamping points and tolerances have to sit so the fixture works every day.
Prototypes
Prototypes and pre-series parts are made from the series material with the processes that will be used in series. That shows early whether tolerances, wall thicknesses and machining sequences are fit for series. Our feedback on design for manufacturing is part of the quote.
