CNC turning
Turned parts complete in one set-up
Turning, drilling, milling and threading on the mill-turn centre. Small parts up to Ø 32 mm in series on the Swiss-type lathe.
What we turn
On the Mazak QT-250MY we produce shafts, bushings, flanges and housing parts with driven tools and Y axis: bar parts up to Ø 80 mm, chuck parts up to Ø 360 mm and 1,000 mm length. Cross holes, flats, grooves and threads are made in the same set-up as the turned contour. That keeps positional tolerances and saves a second operation.
Small, long or delicate parts in series run from bar on the DMG MORI Sprint 32|8 Swiss-type lathe. It runs unattended, so unit costs stay low even for medium series.
Materials
Free-cutting steel, C45, 42CrMo4, stainless 1.4301 and 1.4404, aluminium, brass, titanium, POM and PA6.
Follow-up operations
Gear cutting, hardening, grinding and coating are coordinated with qualified partners. You receive the finished part.
