Series parts on time, inspected, ready to assemble
Recurring parts are produced in series under a frame order with call-offs. Assembly, inspection and external finishing are coordinated for you.
How series production works with us
For recurring parts we set up a frame order with you and produce on call-off. Programs, clamping and inspection plans are on file, so repeat orders are fast and consistent. Our in-house production planning shows at any time when which call-off runs.
Where it pays off, the series runs on the Swiss-type lathe or unattended on the machining centres at night. That keeps unit costs stable.
Inspection
To ISO 9001 we check first-off parts and samples in the required sample size on the CMM, including free-form surfaces. Measurement reports and initial sample inspection reports are supplied.
Assembly and finishing
On request we assemble sub-assemblies and coordinate heat treatment, coating and thermal deburring with qualified partners. You receive the ready-to-install part.
