Who we are

Sturmform is located in Gramatneusiedl, district of Bruck an der Leitha, about 25 km south-east of Vienna. Managed by Erich Sturm, skilled machinists, programmers and office work under one roof. Short paths and our own design department make us fast.

The company stands out for very short lead times and maximum flexibility, adapted to our customers' needs. For urgent parts we work to your deadline: flexible working hours, evenings and weekends included. We also see ourselves as a partner for short-notice repairs in tool and fixture making.

Where we come from

Founded in 1989, our roots are in mould making: two-component, multi-cavity and unscrewing moulds. From there a contract manufacturing business with 5-axis milling, turning and EDM has grown, supplying single parts and series to mechanical engineering, rail vehicle technology and plastics processing. We still repair and modify injection moulds; complete new moulds are built only in exceptional cases.

Quality

To secure our customers' quality requirements we run a quality management system to ISO 9001 that covers all processes, products and services. Every production step follows defined processes under continuous monitoring. First-off parts and samples are measured on the coordinate measuring machine; measurement reports and initial sample inspection reports are available on request.
